Michi

I travel in Japan to learn where my attraction for this country does come from. When I travel, I get closer not only from a geographic location, by also, and above all, from a point, or more precisely an inner space, inside which resides my will, my desire and my need of Japan*. The more I walk on Japan’s earth, the deeper I get inside my inner space, and the better I understand that irrational relationship linking me to these islands. Therefore, the pictures that I take there are less a documentaristic description, than a rather blurry map describing my desire of Japan.
